Fees

Fees should be deposited in CANARA BANK, Balti Karkhana Chowk, Hussainabad, Mirjanhat, Bhagalpur-812005 from 5th to 24th of every month on working days. Fees for January and February should be paid together in January. Online payment is made available through enablex entab Campus Care App. Parents must make use of this facility which saves your time and confusions can be avoided.
The fees cover twelve calendar months and may be paid in monthly installment or in advance. No reduction is made for holiday and broken period. Pupils are liable to be charged full to be paid in advance before the 24th of each month failing which late fee Rs. 40/- will be levied. You will be charged Rs. 80/- as late fine in the school counter.
Pupils whose fees are overdue for three months will be debarred from sitting for examination and are liable to have their names struck off the rolls.

Holy Family School, Kathouni (Bhagalpur)

Fees for holidays, month of summer, Puja and Christmas should be paid in advance before the school closes.
One full calendar month's notice in writing must be given on a withdrawal from the school. This applies to bus fee also.
If no notice is given for a long period, the child's name will be kept on the rolls for two months after which the name will be struck off as a defaulter and will not be readmitted again unless previous dues are paid with a fine.
Fee defaulters will not be allowed to appear for the Annual Examination.
The school reserves the right to enhance fees at any time if it is necessary for meeting rising costs and for payment of higher salaries.
