Examination and Promotion

There will be two terminal examinations beside the annual examination, the results of which can be seen in the school on parent-teacher meeting days. Absenting from test and examinations will be at the pupils risk. Serious action will be taken, if the marks / grades are tampered with.
For the promotion examination selected syllabus will be given.
Promotion will be decided giving equal weight age to the two terminal examinations and the annual examination. Marks of the unit test will be added to the terminal examinations.
A minimum of 80% attendance will be required for promotion
Pupils whose fees are in arrears will not be allowed to sit for the final examination.
Result declared at the end of the year is final and the answer papers will not be shown.
A student who fails twice in the same class will not be permitted to continue his / her studies in the school.
